DentalMax ("we", "our", or "the tool") is a client-side dental insurance calculator provided by Staq Tools. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

All calculations and data you enter into DentalMax remain entirely on your device. This includes:

• Insurance plan details (annual maximum, deductible, coverage percentages)
• Procedure information (types, costs, quantities)
• Calculated results and recommendations

When you close or refresh the page, all entered data is cleared from your browser. We have no servers that receive or store your information.

How the Tool Works

DentalMax runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The calculations happen on your device, not on our servers. This means:

• Your data never leaves your computer
• We cannot see what you enter
• There is no database storing your information
• No account or login is required

Cookies and Tracking

DentalMax does not use cookies to track you. We do not use any analytics or tracking scripts. We do not serve advertisements.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service involved is our hosting provider (Vercel), which may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). This is standard for all websites and does not include any data you enter into the calculator.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to use the "Add to Google Calendar" feature, you will be redirected to Google's website with pre-filled event details. This is a direct link to Google and we do not receive any information about whether you created the event.

Children's Privacy

DentalMax is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no risk of collecting data from minors.
